特徴と効果
- 用途：
ディーゼルエンジンの燃焼室を清浄します。軽油、重油、灯油を燃料とするディーゼルエンジンに使用できます。
- 特徴：
ディーゼル燃料にわずかに添加するだけで、強力な洗浄効果を発揮し、セタン価向上剤により、燃焼効率を上げます。
ディーゼルウェポンはセタンブースターに清浄・油性・防錆効果を付加した製品です。
効果・作用
みんカラPOTY（パーツオブザイヤー）「ディーゼル添加剤部門」で2020年年間、2021年上期、2021年年間、2022年上期もディーゼルウェポンが１位でした。2022年間では、おかげさまで殿堂入りを果たしました。
- 清浄作用：
燃焼室、インジェクターの汚れを強力にクリーンアップ。
- セタン価：
軽油の場合、50リットル当たり、30mlを混ぜると、セタン価が３向上します（データ値）。
- 燃焼促進効果：
セタン価向上剤を配合しているため、燃焼効率が向上します。
- 出力向上：
エンジン内部がキレイになることで燃焼効率が改善され、セタン価が向上することでさらにパワーやトルクアップ、燃費向上を実現します。また、燃焼室のカーボン付着・生成が減少するとエンジンオイルの汚れも減少し、よって磨耗によるオイルあがり（オイル減り）も減少。
- 油性を向上：
超低硫黄軽油などの、潤滑性が不足しているディーゼル燃料の油性を向上させます。
- サビ止め：
燃料経路を防錆します。
- 黒煙抑制：
燃焼効率が上がることで黒煙の排出・PM粒子の発生を抑え、環境や身体への悪影響を改善します。
- その他：
塩素や界面活性剤を含まないので、乳化やゲル化による閉塞やサビのトラブルを防止。 本品原液は－４０℃まで凍結しません。
セタン価向上性能のみを追求される場合は、セタンブースターをお求めください。
ディーゼルウェポンには凍結防止効果はありません。
冬季の軽油凍結を防止するには、ノンフリーズ（秋冬販売品）をお求めください。
スートル、セタンブースター、ノンフリーズ、ディーゼルウェポンは併用可能です。

- 超低価格を実現：
ふつう、添加剤は希釈され、ボトルに入った使い切りタイプのものが主流ですが、ディーゼルウェポンは、あえて濃縮タイプを採用。必要な分だけ計って注入。 添加量も、容器も、輸送費も、そしてアナタの財布にも優しい、すべてにエコな製品として生まれました。
- 清浄性能：
50リットルタンクに30ml加えるだけで、クリーンアップできます。
- セタン価：
図はセタン価５４の軽油にディーゼルウェポンを100～600ppm添加した時のセタン価の上昇例です。
600ppmは0.06％で、50リットルの燃料に30ml添加する量です。
600ppm添加したとき、セタン価54の軽油は57に上がっています。
- 潤滑性：
３種類の潤滑性の異なるディーゼル燃料を用い、潤滑性の変化をテストしたグラフです。摩擦が大きいほど、グラフも高くなっています。
添加後は、どの燃料においても潤滑性が向上（グラフが低くなりました）。
- 防錆性：
サビ止め性においても、優れた効果を発揮。
- その他：
添加直後に、即燃焼室が浄化されるわけではありません。しかし、セタン価向上剤が配合されているため、燃焼性はすぐ改善されます。そのため、燃料消費量、炭化水素（未燃焼ガス）、一酸化炭素（不完全燃焼）、窒素酸化物、黒煙（PM粒子）はすべて減少に転じます。
60時間経過後は浄化が進み、さらに改善されていることが分かります。
使用方法
3,000km～5,000kmに1回の頻度で、50リットルの燃料に対し、30mlを添加してください（推奨）。
セタン価を上げる場合（冬季）： 50リットルに対し、30mlを添加してください。セタン価を上げるだけであればセタンブースターの方が経済的です。
本来、給油毎に添加する製品ではありませんが、消費期限（1年を推奨）内に使い切れないお客様は、給油毎に添加されても差し支えはございません。
DPF再生回数を減らしたい場合はスートルをお求めください。
清浄剤を入れたことのない、あるいは長期間添加されていないお車には、給油時に30ml（50リットル給油時）、次の給油時にも添加と、２回連続して添加してください。
時折、「1万キロおきの添加でも効果を発揮しますか?」というご質問をいただきます。
新車時であれば燃焼効率は高い状態を保てています。
しかし走行距離が増えてくると、噴射量などがバラツキはじめ、徐々に新車時の性能から落ちてゆきます。
そこにディーゼルウェポンなどの清浄剤を投入しても、清浄するのに時間がかかり、汚れたままの状態でエンジンを回すこととなり、きれいになるまでエンジン本来の性能を発揮できません。
したがいまして、新車時は1万キロあたりで添加されてもいいですが、できれば走行距離が多くなったお車ほど、五千キロに1回程度添加されたほうが、キレイな状態を保てると考えます。
もちろん、1万キロごとに添加されてもその都度効果を発揮します。

Features and Effects
Usage:
It cleans the combustion chamber of diesel engines. Suitable for diesel engines using light oil, heavy oil, or kerosene.
Features:
By simply adding a small amount to diesel fuel, it brings powerful cleaning performance while a cetane improver enhances combustion efficiency.
Diesel Weapon is a product that adds cleaning, lubrication, and anti-rust effects to a cetane booster.
Effects and Actions
Diesel Weapon ranked No. 1 in the Diesel Additives category of Minkara POTY (Parts of the Year) for 2020 (annual), 2021 (first half and annual), and 2022 (first half). In 2022 (annual), it was inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Cleaning Action:
Powerfully cleans dirt from combustion chambers and injectors.
Cetane Value:
For light oil, adding 30ml to 50 liters increases the cetane number by 3 (data value).
Combustion Promotion:
Contains cetane improvers, resulting in improved combustion efficiency.
Power Enhancement:
A cleaner engine interior improves combustion efficiency, and a higher cetane number delivers more power, torque, and better fuel efficiency. Reduced carbon adherence in the chamber means cleaner engine oil and less wear-induced oil consumption.
Lubricity Improvement:
Enhances the lubricity of diesel fuels lacking in lubrication, such as ultra-low sulfur diesel.
Anti-Rust:
Prevents rust in the fuel system.
Black Smoke Suppression:
Improved combustion efficiency suppresses black smoke and PM particle emissions, reducing environmental and health impacts.
Others:
Since it does not contain chlorine or surfactants, it prevents clogs or rust from emulsification or gelation. The undiluted solution will not freeze down to -40°C.

Diesel Weapon does not have anti-freeze properties.
For preventing fuel freezing during winter, please use Non-freeze (autumn/winter product).

Ultra-low price achieved:
Normally, additives are diluted and packaged as single-use bottles, but Diesel Weapon uses a concentrated type. Measure and inject only what you need. It is eco-friendly for dosage, container, shipping costs, and your wallet.
Cleaning Performance:
Just add 30ml to a 50-liter tank for cleaning.
Cetane Value:
The graph shows an example of cetane number increase when Diesel Weapon is added to diesel fuel with cetane number 54 at 100–600ppm.
600ppm (0.06%) equals adding 30ml to 50 liters of fuel.
At 600ppm, cetane number 54 fuel increases to 57.

Lubricity:
Graphs show tests of lubricity changes using three types of diesel fuels with different lubricity. Higher friction means higher graph values.
After adding, lubricity improved for all fuel types (graphs became lower).

Other:
The combustion chamber is not instantly cleaned after addition. However, cetane improvers immediately enhance combustion, which leads to reduced fuel consumption, unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and black smoke (PM particles). After 60 hours, further cleaning and improvements are evident.

How to Use
Add 30ml to 50 liters of fuel every 3,000 to 5,000 km (recommended).
For increasing cetane number (winter): Add 30ml to 50 liters.
For cetane only, Cetane Booster is more economical.
It is not originally designed for every refueling, but if you cannot use up the product within the recommended one-year shelf life, adding at each fueling is acceptable.
For reducing DPF regeneration cycles, use Sootle.
For vehicles that have never used a detergent or have not added it in a long time, add 30 ml when refueling (for every 50 liters of fuel), and add the same amount at the next refueling as well.
We sometimes get asked, “Is it effective if added every 10,000 km?”
With a new vehicle, combustion efficiency remains high. However, as mileage increases, fuel injection and other functions become less consistent, and performance declines from its original state. Adding cleaning agents like Diesel Weapon at this stage takes longer to clean, meaning the engine runs dirty until cleaned and cannot show its original performance. Therefore, with new vehicles, adding every 10,000 km is fine, but for high-mileage vehicles, adding every 5,000 km maintains cleanliness. Of course, adding every 10,000 km is also effective each time.
